I have read so many heartfelt posts on social media over night and this morning, from staff and suppliers and of course our amazing viewers and customers.I've read a sentance many times which is so true..... it feels like a bereavement. This is all such a sad state of affairs. The hardest thing to come to terms with is knowing that this never should have happened at all.If the person who was given the power to make decisions had actually listened to those who had great knowledge, experience and an enormous passion for the industry......then Create&Craft would still be here. The company was only taken over early 2024 and it has been totally destroyed, leaving a trail of destruction.I know that those who are so passionate about craft and those who truly care about the industry, will turn the negatives around and new positives will begin to emerge. We all need some good news in this bleak world that we currently live in.Craft has been a therapy, a medicine, a comfort and a saviour for so many people. It helps us get through dark times and illness. It brings families and friends together.Let's not allow this amazing industry to simply disappear. If ever like minded people needed to pull together, then it is right now and I know that everyone will do their best!
