Create & Craft Crisis: Latest info from an Create & Craft supplier

Hi All,

We have waited a week for more clarity from Hochanda Global/Create & Craft regarding the status of your orders and future shows. Unfortunately, the dates for resuming live broadcasts have been delayed again and no further information has come forward. Additionally, there’s uncertainty about whether couriers will honour deliveries, meaning the items may not be delivered at all. So with the lack of any final confirmation we will be cancelling the orders with Hochanda as we cant advise on a definitive date or action to resolve this.

We are working on the reserved system and will give an update on the next stage for those who have filled out the form. Again the first stage is to reserve the items for you and then we will figure the best way to work with customers to get the goods they need. So far we have only had a fraction of the customers fill out the form so please share the link with anyone who may have been effected so we have the details to communicate with them further. Hopeful more soon as to how we move from here but we wanted to advise they will not be sent through the courier tracking that you would have had from your order confirmation.
