Hi Everyone,

I want to address the elephant in the room as to what is going on with Create and Craft (Hochanda Global Ltd).

The short answer is that we still don’t know. As suppliers and demonstrators we are the faces you see and trust and we will of course try to help with what is going on but have had little to no communication from our buyers or management to say what is happening. As more and more lines of communication appear to be disappearing it is a worrying time, you are of course worried about the purchases you have made and we are concerned about the survival of our jobs and businesses. The lack of communication is disappointing but they are under no obligation to tell us what is going on and I would guess that NDAs have been signed meaning they can’t tell us anything. Rest assured that if we do find out anything we will pass on the information.

With regard to orders placed on the 29th of September:

The Craft Yourself Silly orders are all here packed and ready to go but we are unable to access the Create and Craft Supplier portal to book an Evri Collection. As soon as things are resolved we will get them on their way. People have asked why don’t we just post them through someone else? I feel a little mean saying this but I hope you’ll all understand if we did this we will lose not only the product but and additional £3.25 per parcel (2nd class Royal Mail) and with 300 packets to go that adds an additional £975 on top which we just can’t afford to lose.
