An Media Boy UK HQ Investigation has found that since March 2019 That's Media has took over more shares in COMUX below is the full list of who own what in COMUX.

1. That's TV Channels Limited - That's Media (66.67% of shares)
2. Local TV Limited (27.27% of shares)
3. KM Television Limited (3.03% of shares)
4. Latest TV Limited (3.03% of shares)
5. Notts TV Limited (CHANNEL CLOSE)

Share numbers was base on maths done by Media Boy UK HQ in April 2025 then updated in September 2025.

That's Media have the biggest Voting share the rights to appoint or remove a majority of the COMUX board.

Media Boy UK HQ has found out that Notts TV & Latest TV also still sits on the COMUX broad with That's Media (As of January 2025).

COMUX raises money on behalf by getting 3rd party channels to launch on L-Mux to help Local TV channels with broadcasting cost on Freeview but That's Media do not own 35.5% of COMUX shares their are own by:

• Leeds TV (Leeds)^
• Liverpool TV (Liverpool)^
• Teesside TV (Middlesbrough)^
